Nar Phu Valley Trek is a moderately difficult trek, so if you are physically fit and mentally strong. This trek should be on your checklist. The serene view of yaks, glaciers, canyons, and forests makes this trek beautiful.

Now, Our Nar Phu Valley Trek commences with a sweet drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar taking in the charming view of the soaring Trishuli River. You might even get sights of Whittaker taking on the rapids of the Trishuli River. Also, a glimpse of the Ganesh and Manaslu peaks could be visible in this drive. 

Hereafter, we will advance to our first major viewpoint Kang La Pass. In order to reach Kang La Pass we go on a series of treks, Dharapani to Koto, Koto to Meta, Meta to Phu Gaon, Phu Gaon to Nar Gaon, and finally Nar Gaon to Kang La Pass.

Along our journey, we will stumble upon several villages, Jagat, Tal Village, Bargarchhap, Koto, Meta, Nar, and Phu village. Among these villages Nar and Phu are the most significant village as the name of our trek is Nar Phu Valley Trek. 

Nar, Nar village is one of the few villages which has preserved its traditional culture for generations. Nar village feels like going to the past where traditional culture, vibrant festivals, intricate handicrafts, and ancient rituals come to life. You are free to learn and even partake in some of their traditional ceremonies. That will significantly enhance your experience. 

Moving on to Phu, Phu village is stationed amidst Himalayans, Phu is also known as the hidden gem of Himalayas. The serenity of Phu village due to its authentic crafts and customs is unmatched. Phu Village dwells around an altitude of 4000 meters, so the euphoric scenery of landscapes and greenery is guaranteed. Phu Village allows you to observe unique festivals, customs, culture, and lifestyle.

After passing through these serendipitous villages, we finally reach Kang La Pass enjoying the beautiful terrains of Temdenzon Khola and Pisang Peak. Upon reaching Kang La Pass, you will be rewarded with the divine view of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak.

The unreal view of Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak is truly awe-inspiring. 

Thereafter, we embark on our next viewpoint, Thorong La Pass. To reach Thorong La Pass we pass several treks, Kang La Pass to Ngawal, Ngawal to Manang, Manang to Kharka, Kharka to Thorong Phedi, and lastly Thorong Phedi to Thorong La Pass. 

On this journey, we stroll through Tekni and Gunsan villages, Gunsan village is famous for yak and horses. Also majestic view of Tilicho Peak and Annapurna will keep to energized throughout the journey. 

After several strenuous treks, we finally reached Thorong La Pass, An unreal place with a pristine expansive panoramic view of several mountain ranges, Annapurna I, II, IV, and Dhaulagiri, as well as Fishtail, Manaslu, Gangapurna, Tilicho Peak, Tukuche Peak, and many other mountains.

View from Thorong La Pass is truly worth seeing. Thenceforth, we descend to Muktinath Temple, a sacred holy place for Hindus and Buddhists. Here, this will pretty much conclude our trek. 

Hereafter we will drive back to Kathmandu taking in scenic views of the Trishuli River and  Ganesh and Manaslu peaks. Kathmandu will be the end of your journey. Congratulations on the Nar Phu Valley trek.
