Thenceforth we will be on a series of treks to reach our first major viewpoint, Everest Base Camp. Trek; Phakding to Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar to Tengboche, Tengboche to Dingboche, Dingboche to Lobuche, Lobuche to Gorakshep, and finally to Everest Base Camp.
Along our beautiful journey to Everest Base Camp, we come across several scenic places. The first is Namche Bazaar, Namche Bazaar is like a resting hub for tourists. Also, Namche Bazaar is the the capital town of Sherpas. Here at Namche Bazaar, we let ourselves immerse in the traditional culture and unique lifestyle of Sherpas. Namche Bazaar is also the place where our body gets used to high altitudes.
Aside from the cultural richness of Namche Bazaar, we also witness the glorious sights of towering Mountain Ranges, Mount Everest, and Ama Dablam. Thereafter passing through Tenboche Monastery and the rugged moraines of Khumbu Glaciers (the world’s highest glacier) we finally reach our first major viewpoint, Everest Base Camp.
Upon reaching Everest Base Camp, you are gonna be charmed by the overwhelming beauty of the mountain ranges, Mt. Everest, Mount Lhotse, Mount Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks surrounding you from all sides. Everest Base Camp offers a heavenly panoramic view of numerous Himalayas gracing snowy dust of clouds.
Immediately after experiencing the serenity of Everest Base Camp, we trek to Kalapatthar, another major highlight of our journey. Kalapatthar viewpoint greets you with a sublime view of Mount Nuptse, Mount Changtse, Mount Everest, and many more. If there is heaven it would visually be like Kalapatthar. After Kalapatthar, we would finally reach Lobuche Base Camp, our destination stop.
In Lobuche Peak Climbing, you will experience 3 of the world’s best-looking places in succession, EBC, Kalapatthar, and Lobuche Base Camp. Lobuche Base Camp will guide us to Lobuche Peak. Lobuche Peak is like the gem of the whole Everest Region. On the summit of Lobuche Peak, you will get the clearest view of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse massif, Makalu, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Cho Oyu, and Thamserku.
Hereafter experiencing one of the best summit views we trace our way back to Lukla from Lobuche base camp to Phiriche, Phiriche to Namche Bazaar, and then to Lukla. Finally, we will fly back to Kathmandu, retracing our journey and taking in the breathtaking views of mountain ranges.
